Summary
This malware copies itself to different folders of a local hard drive with different names.
Removal
Based on the settings of your F-Secure security product, it will either move the file to the quarantine where it cannot spread or cause harm, or remove it.
A False Positive is when a file is incorrectly detected as harmful, usually because its code or behavior resembles known harmful programs. A False Positive will usually be fixed in a subsequent database update without any action needed on your part. If you wish, you may also:

Check for the latest database updates
First check if your F-Secure security program is using the latest updates, then try scanning the file again.

Submit a sample
After checking, if you still believe the file is incorrectly detected, you can submit a sample of it for re-analysis.
Note: If the file was moved to quarantine, you need to collect the file from quarantine before you can submit it.

Exclude a file from further scanning
If you are certain that the file is safe and want to continue using it, you can exclude it from further scanning by the F-Secure security product.

Technical Details
When the malware's file is run, it first shows a fake error messagebox:

Then the virus scans all local hard drives and copies itself with different names to different directories on it. The virus "borrows" names of files located in a folder where it copies itself to, but in order not to overwrite these files, the virus changes its file name a bit - it adds one extra character to the beginning of its file name. For example if a virus finds a file named NDD.EXE in a folder, it will copy itself as PNDD.EXE or SNDD.EXE and so on. On the screenshot the malware's files are in red squares:
If the virus finds a JPG, AVI or MP3 file, it creates a copy of itself by "borrowing" a name of that file and adding .EXE extension. For example for CLOCK.AVI the virus will create a file named CLICK.AVI.EXE. This malware creates only one file in each folder each time it is run.
