Net-Worm:W32/Brontok.B attempts to propagate over removable media such as USB thumb drives. It may also attempt to connect to remote servers.Brontok.B disables certain features of the operating system.
Based on the settings of your F-Secure security product, it will either move the file to the quarantine where it cannot spread or cause harm, or remove it.
