Spyware:Android/Flexispy.K is a commercially available monitoring program.

On installation, the program does not display an icon in the Applications menu. The program is only visible under the 'Manage Applications' menu under Settings, but in that location uses the name 'Mobile backup' or 'Sync Manager', with a generic icon.
