Removal
Based on the settings of your F-Secure security product, it may block the file from running, move it to the quarantine where it cannot spread or cause harm, or ask you to select an action.

First check if your F-Secure security program is using the latest updates, then try scanning the file again.

Note: If the file was moved to quarantine, you need to collect the file from quarantine before you can submit it.

If you are certain that the file is safe and want to continue using it, you can exclude it from further scanning by the F-Secure security product.

Technical Details
This program is a TCP port scanner by WinEggDrop. Like most riskware products, this tool can be used for both malicious and non-malicious purposes.
It can legitimately be used to scan for open TCP ports in a certain IP address range. Network administrators usually use this to check vulnerable computers in the network, and hackers could use this to compromise systems.
The person using the tool can specify the open port it will look for and the number of threads to be employed for the scanning. They can also opt to save the scanning result in a log file.
